The third lecture of the 15th session of Health Policy Academy (HPA), organized by Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI), was held.
In this session, Dr. Atsushi Miyawaki, Associate Professor at the Institute of Medicine, University of Tsukuba, spoke on approaches to agenda setting, drawing on his own research on low-value and no-value care to offer concrete insights from a researcher’s perspective. In particular, his discussion of how research findings can be framed and communicated to policymakers and the media provided participants with valuable perspectives for their upcoming group policy recommendations.
